Library Card Application Requirements: 

1. You must be a registered parishiuoner at St. Louise

2. You must be 18 years old, or older, to apply

3. Parents of children younger than 18 years of age are responsible for library items checked out for their children 

Borrowing Rules  

1. Two adult books, maximum, can be checked out at one time and Books can be checked out for one month, maximum

2. Two children’s books, maximum, can be checked out at one time and Books can be checked out for two weeks, maximum

3. Two DVDs can be checked out at one time and DVDs can be checked out for one week, maximum

4. Cardholder cannot have more than 4 items checked out at any one time

5. All overdue items must be returned to the library prior to checking out additional items

6. The person listed on the Library Card will be responsible for returning all library materials by the due date

7. The person listed on the Library Card will be responsible for all replacement costs associated with lost or damaged library items.

A limited selection of children’s and adult’s books and DVDs are also available in Spanish We also have a selection of DVDs Donations of gently used books and DVDs are gladly accepted.
